The Control Optimization and Robotics group at the Università del Salento, Lecce (Italy), is an interdisciplinary research group in the area of control engineering and robotics.

The main research activities involve modeling and control of dynamical and embedded systems. Methodological tools from system theory and optimization are applied mainly to

  • aggressive maneuvering of autonomous vehicles
  • fault diagnosis and reconfiguration
  • motion coordination of multi-agent systems
  • network distributed control and optimization
  • underwater robotics

The group promotes cooperation with partners from diverse research areas as Aerospace, Automotive, Biology, Communications, Computer Science and  Robotics.
